The Beet, a pop-up restaurant where culinary creativity intersected with fashion, became the heart of Stockholm's vibrant scene through an exclusive collaboration between renowned chefs Adam & Albin and H&M.
Conceptualized and designed by Patriksson in close collaboration with the two, The Beet blended haute cuisine with fashion to create an immersive, multisensory experience. This dynamic partnership was a pivotal part of H&M’s launch activation, reimagining the brand with fresh energy and a bold new perspective.
The Beet quickly garnered widespread press attention, receiving coverage from fashion, lifestyle, and food media alike, amplifying the impact of this unique fusion of culture and creativity.
